I am excited to be a part of the great work that The BFSO is undertaking to spread awareness of the importance of ethics within banking and finance. It’s important that we ensure conversations about ethics are central to our workplaces, so that we are able to identify ethical dilemmas when they arise, and also have the confidence to respond appropriately.
I look forward to a year of learning and reflection with both my peers and experts in this field, and to finding ways to encourage these conversations in my workplace and sphere of influence.
