I believe The BFSO presents a crucial opportunity to commit to being as ethical and just as possible as I enter a career in banking and finance. The financial services industry is integral to the wider economy, with decisions made by those within having far reaching impacts on the wellbeing of the community.
As a BFSO Young Ambassador, I am eager to engage in discussions with industry leaders, regulators and subject matter experts to learn how I can further embed ethical foundations within the decisions and actions me and my colleagues make.
