Graduate, Westpac

Ranie Nguyen is a graduate at Westpac in the Global Transactional Services division. Ranie has been rotating in various teams such as Risk and Compliance, Global Client Experience, Data Analytics in Specialised Sales and later in the year Product Management. Prior to working at Westpac, Ranie has completed an internship at Morgan Stanley, WSP and Mirvac. Ranie is committed to the oath ensuring that the day to day decisions and work of serving customers are all in good faith and honour.

Ranie is extremely passionate about women in leadership and career development space, often involving herself in numerous Employee Action Groups such as the Women on Westpac and regularly attend workshops and speaker events outside of work.

She believes that in the current landscape of ethical lapses which leaves a poor perception of financial services, professional conduct and social behaviour is crucial in building and shaping credible businesses.

Ranie graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours. Ranie plans to further her studies to complete her CFA and start an MBA.
