Collection of your personal information
There are many aspects of The BFO website which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, when you commit as a Signatory to The BFO you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This includes at minimum your name and email address. The other fields are not mandatory.
We will not knowingly share your details with any unrelated party, other than in the very exceptional circumstance of being legally obliged to do so.
Use of your personal information
The information collected will be used to verify your name and email as genuine and then to publish a Signatories list. We may also use the data collected to determine the reach of The BFO initiative, such as analysing signatories by location and organisation.
We will not contact you other than in relation to your commitment to The BFO, unless you indicate your interest in other initiatives.
If you would like to withdraw your commitment to The BFO, please let us know.
Accessing Your Personal Information
