Participating in The BFSO Young Ambassadors Program in my first year of professional work will provide me with a unique opportunity in the sphere of banking and finance. Serving as the cornerstone of an accountable, integrity-driven, and successful workplace, I believe engaging with ethics will improve faith and action in the financial sphere and the wider world.
Embodying the values entrenched in The BFSO Oath was one of a multitude of reasons that motivated me to apply. I am excited to meet and debate other like-minded leaders and simultaneously learn different avenues to promote ethical behaviour and decision-making. Ultimately, this is a vital step in developing the knowledge and tools necessary to promote ethical conversations and activity amongst young professionals.
